Peter Cheng Orthodontic Laboratories, Inc. was founded by Peter Cheng in 1982 as a full-service orthodontic laboratory, serving the needs of orthodontists in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Today, the laboratory spans two generations serving customers around the globe and operates out of a state of the art, 11,000+ square-foot facility located in suburban Philadelphia.

Cheng Crowns – a subsidiary of Peter Cheng Orthodontic Laboratories, Inc. – made its public debut in 1987 to provide pediatric dentists with an aesthetic alternative to the unsightly stainless steel pediatric crown. While other dental crown manufacturers are still struggling to tackle problems of veneer color and durability, we proudly stand behind our 35 years of experience to manufacture pediatric dental crowns that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but are also functionally superior in crown retention and veneer durability. Our recently redesigned pediatric zirconia crowns – Cheng Crowns Zirconia – further raise the bar in aesthetics, ease of placement and durability.
